Can I use the ATS without the interviews product?
Yes. The ATS works standalone. You get pipelines, automations, reminders, and integrations. Most customers adopt the ATS and AI Interviews together because the pipeline automations are most powerful when they can trigger off interview scores - but standalone is fully supported.
We already have Greenhouse / Lever / Workday. Why would we switch?
You do not have to. GoodFit integrates with all of them and syncs both ways. Use our ATS as an enrichment layer - AI interviews + scorecards live in GoodFit, stage moves and candidates sync to your existing system. Or migrate fully when it makes sense.
How do bulk imports work?
CSV upload with column mapping. Resumes (PDF/DOCX) are parsed on upload. Duplicate detection flags existing candidates before creating records. Typical 10,000-resume import completes in under a minute.
What happens when auto-advance rules fire?
Candidates get the stage-specific email/WhatsApp/SMS. Hiring managers see the candidate appear in their queue. All of it is logged. You can set "human approval required" for reject actions affecting more than a threshold number.
Does it support single sign-on and directory sync?
Yes, on enterprise plans. Single sign-on (SSO) and automatic directory sync are both supported so your IT team can manage access centrally.
