Bajaj Capital is one of India's largest financial advisory and distribution companies with 3,000+ employees across the country. They hire aggressively for sales and advisory roles and needed a way to evaluate candidates at scale without overwhelming the HR team.
The challenge: high-volume sales hiring across India
Bajaj Capital needed a way to source and evaluate Sales Executive candidates at scale without running recruiter-heavy sourcing sprints. Traditional job board pipelines were slow and non-visual.
The HR team was running campus drives, LinkedIn sourcing, and job board postings simultaneously. Each channel produced hundreds of applicants, but the screening bottleneck meant most waited weeks for a first conversation.
"I just posted the QR code on LinkedIn and interviews happened directly through that. We can show the video and say, 'Look at what this candidate has answered.'"

The solution: QR code to AI interview pipeline
They posted QR codes on LinkedIn that linked directly to a GoodFit voice interview. Candidates scanned, interviewed, and generated a video plus scorecard HR could review.
The QR-to-interview funnel replaced traditional phone screens entirely for initial sales hiring. Candidates could complete the interview anytime, and the hiring team had structured scorecards waiting in their queue.
Video evidence for hiring decisions
Hiring managers could see actual candidate responses on video, not just read a recruiter's notes. This made buy-in faster and decisions more defensible across the organization.
The outcome
The LinkedIn to QR to AI interview funnel replaced phone screens. Interview load dropped 50%. Hiring managers saw actual video responses and made decisions faster with more signal.
The QR code approach also worked at career fairs and campus events, creating a consistent funnel regardless of sourcing channel.
